By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services Offered

Geer provides automatic, private bicycle and component usage tracking with statistics and alerts. The service operates under two models: a free tier with limited capacity and a paid “Pro” subscription with full feature access.

Eligibility

Geer is available to all users with a valid Strava account. Users must comply with Strava's terms of service.

Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Tracks up to 2 bicycles and 5 components.

Pro Plan: Offers expanded capacity and advanced features, billed monthly or yearly via Stripe with automatic renewal until canceled.

Geer reserves the right to modify plan features and limits with advance notice for material changes.

Exceeding Free Limits

Items exceeding free plan capacity become suspended but aren't deleted. Data remains accessible upon upgrade to Pro or manual removal to stay within limits.

EU Right of Withdrawal

EU residents may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without explanation by emailing support@geer.bike for full refund within 14 days.

Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel anytime via account settings, effective at the billing period's end. Accounts revert to free plans; excess items suspend. All data is retained for potential resubscription.

Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which details data collection, usage, and user rights.

Usage Rights

Geer grants non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable licenses. Users cannot reverse-engineer, modify, copy, or misuse the service or violate third-party rights.

Service Modifications

Geer reserves the right to change, modify, or remove any existing functionality or connectivity with tracking apps, including Strava, at any time.

Service Availability

Continuous accessibility isn't guaranteed; features may be modified or discontinued.

Intellectual Property

GEER OÜ owns all platform, website, and content rights (excluding user data). Users retain ownership of synced data.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and protect GEER OÜ from claims arising from service misuse or term violations.

Liability

Geer is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Liability excludes damages from service use or unavailability, except where legally required.

Governing Law

Estonian law governs these terms, with disputes resolved in Tallinn courts. Consumer protections apply where applicable.

Referral Program

Geer may offer a referral program allowing users to earn Pro subscription credit by inviting others to join. A referral is considered valid once the invited user has verified their email address and added at least one component. Rewards are applied 7 days after a referral qualifies. Geer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Abuse of the program — including but not limited to creating fake accounts or self-referrals — may result in forfeiture of earned rewards and account suspension.

Term Updates

Continued service use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
